GrowCRGO.com is an independent shareholder initiative run by Zvi Schreiber in his personal capacity. It is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or published by Freightos Limited. Zvi Schreiber is the data controller for the information described below and can be reached at email Zvi Schreiber .
What we collect
The only personal data this site collects is what you type into the registration form:
- Your name and email address — required, so we can identify and contact you.
- Your shareholder status — whether you are, were, or might become a Freightos shareholder.
- An approximate holding size — optional, given as a broad range, never an exact number.
- Anything you write in the free-text box — optional.
We do not ask for and do not want your brokerage account details, share certificates, or any other financial credentials. Please don't include them in the free-text box.
Our hosting and anti-spam providers also process ordinary technical data — your IP address, browser type, and the time of your request — as part of serving the page and blocking automated submissions.
For visitor statistics we use Cloudflare Web Analytics, a privacy-focused service. It counts page views and referrers in aggregate; it sets no cookies, does not store your IP address, and does not track you across websites or build a profile of you. We use no advertising or cross-site tracking of any kind.
Why we use it
To keep you informed about the campaign by email, and to count and describe interest in it — for example, "X shareholders have registered." Any such description is aggregated: we do not publish your name, email, holding, or message. Our legal basis is your consent, which you give by submitting the registration form and can withdraw at any time by unsubscribing or emailing us.
Who else sees it
Nobody buys, rents, or is sold this data. It is never shared with Freightos Limited. It is held and processed on our behalf by the service providers that run the site:
- Supabase — the database your registration is stored in.
- Vercel — website hosting.
- SendGrid (Twilio) — sending campaign email.
- Cloudflare — DNS, email routing, the anti-spam check on the form, and aggregate cookieless visitor statistics.
These are United States companies, so your data is transferred and stored there. Beyond these providers, we would disclose data only if required by law.
How long we keep it
Until you unsubscribe or ask us to delete it, or until the campaign ends — whichever comes first. After that we delete the record, keeping only what we must to honor an unsubscribe request.
Your choices
Every campaign email carries a one-click unsubscribe link. You can also ask us at any time to show you the data we hold about you, correct it, delete it, or send you a copy — just email email Zvi Schreiber . Depending on where you live, you may also have the right to complain to your national data protection authority.
Changes
If this policy changes, the updated version will be posted on this page with a new date above.
